A travel charge of £1 per mile applies.
Please ensure that your venue allows sufficient space for us to manoeuvre and position the van safely.

Parking our Van
Booking and Cancellation Policy
1. For Events, a minimum of 20 people or a minimum spend of £300 + VAT is required.
2. To secure a date in our diary we require 40% deposit of the estimate total balance. This deposit is non-refundable.

Your booking will not be secured until the deposit has been received.
The deposit payment will be deducted from your final invoice.
If you are unable to confirm the number of guests at this stage, we can agree on a fixed deposit of £200 + VAT.
3. The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. At this stage we will ask you to confirm the final details including the number of guests, menu choices, and dietary requirements.
We can adjust the number of guests by up to 5 people not later than 48 hours prior to the event.
If the final balance is not paid 2 weeks prior to the event, Wheat Fork Mobile Catering reserves the right to cancel ther booking and retain the deposit.
4. If you cancel the event within 2 weeks prior to the event (but no later than 48 hours before the event), 60% of the final invoice will be payable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be charged at 100% of the total invoice value.
If you wish to move the date of your event within 2 weeks of the original agreed date, an additional deposit will be required to secure the new date.
5. If the booking is made less than 2 weeks prior to the event, full payment of the invoice is required upfront.
Your booking will not be secured until full payment has been received.
6. We are not responsible for ensuring that our catering van can be set up and operated at the event location.
The organiser must ensure that there is sufficient space for our van to park safely on a flat, hard-standing surface.
Parking on soft ground (such as grass or fields) is only possible if the ground is dry and suitable for vehicle access.
If suitable space is not provided, this will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours, and 100% of the invoice value will be payable.
7. If Wheat Fork Mobile Catering is forced to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, health concerns, a global pandemic, or other exceptional reasons, a full refund including the deposit will be issued to within 48 hours.
